Chris Cahill has been surrounded by art and design for most of her life. As a child, she enjoyed behind the scene forays to the Museum of Modern Art where her mother was a curator in the print department. Chris studied studio art at Parson's School of Design's Paris campus and art history at the American College in Paris and Drew University. Her career as a prop stylist began in New York in the mid-1980s. Since that time, Chris has collaborated with some of the most talented photographers and art directors in the photo industry to create distinctive images for advertising, magazines and catalogues. She finds each project inspiring in its own way and uses her experience and creativity to bring to fruition the collective vision of all those involved. In addition to prop styling, Chris has worked as an interior designer and product designer with a focus on sustainable design.
